Individual Therapy

I work with individual clients in focused, personalized therapy sessions designed to support meaningful progress toward their goals. My approach emphasizes building a strong, intentional therapeutic relationship while also fostering skills, insight, and self-trust—so clients feel equipped to move forward independently, knowing they are always welcome to return for support if needed.

  • Individual sessions are typically held for 53 minutes on a weekly or biweekly frequency.

  • $150 per session

    Insurance: At this time I accept:

    Sliding scale: Limited availability

    Superbills: Available for out-of-network benefits
