• I take a holistic approach to therapy. You can expect me to want to learn about your day-to-day life, habits, relationships, physical health and hobbies amongst other general information to create a bigger picture of what is going on beyond the struggles you may arrive with. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I am here to learn from you in order to help you set and achieve measurable goals. We will then work together to find solutions that best fit your specific needs and desires.

  • My clients can expect to do meaningful work that won't always be easy, but will be worth it. I believe in the use of homework assignments in order to carry the work from our session into the week ahead. I hope to help you build sustainable habits, tools and strategies that are transferrable to your everyday life.
